茶園において、被覆尿素肥料よりさらなる窒素溶脱低減が期待できる資材として、硝酸化成抑制剤ジシアンジアミド(以下「Dd」と略す)をポリオレフィン樹脂で被覆したDd入り被覆尿素の利用について検討する。

成果の内容・特徴 |
- 秋肥、春肥及び夏肥でDd入り被覆尿素配合肥料を施用すると、通常の被覆尿素配合肥料を施用する場合に比べ、硝酸化成が抑制され、土壌中の無機態窒素に対するアンモニア態窒素の割合が高くなる(図1)。
- Dd入り被覆尿素配合肥料の施用により、通常の被覆尿素配合肥料を施用する場合に比べ、土壌浸透水の硝酸態窒素濃度は、年間を通して低く推移し、窒素溶脱量が少なくなる(図2、表1)。

成果の活用面・留意点 |
- 新しい環境負荷低減施肥技術として活用できる。
- この成果では、年間窒素投入量を50kg/10aとし、窒素投入量の約40%をDd入り被覆尿素70日タイプとしている。
